A deposit of 50% of the total service price is required upon booking to hold the entertainers availability for your event date. You can pay in full is you prefer for convenience.
Cancellations made a minimum of two weeks prior to party date will be fully refunded;
Cancellations made within one week will forfeit their 50% deposit.
Full payment of the party must be made at the end of the party event.
Final numbers for the party are to be given to The Enchanted Alice 7 days in advance before the party date. This is the number of children that you will be invoiced for and we will cater for;
We cater children aged between 3 and 12 years.
Out of zone travel fees apply to bookings where the event location is greater than 35 kilometers from our place of business in St Marys, NSW 2769.
The Enchanted Alice agree to maintain current individual public liability insurance. All of our Entertainers are covered by $20 million dollars in public liability.

Out of zone travel fees apply for every kilometer over the first 35 km from our place of business in St Marys, NSW 2769 to your event location. Travel fees are calculated via Google maps. $1.50 per km between 35km - 75km. $1.80 per km between 75km - 100km. $2.10 per km between 100km - 150km.
Distant, out of state and abroad bookings terms & conditions. Contact us for bookings out of state as flights, travel fees and hotel accommodation need to be arranged and paid for in full a minimum of two weeks before the event date. The total invoice of the booking MUST be paid in full a minimum of two weeks before the event date.
