Chantal Baltissen, that's who! Also known as Mermaid Chantal. Chantal is a professional performance artist and freelance model who has been in the entertainment and modelling industry for over 10 years. She is also the costume designer & creator of all costumes at The Enchanted Alice including her Elsa outfit. Chantal is a qualified (ECE) Early Childhood Educator & Kids Club Supervisor. She has been working in the childcare sector for the last 10 years. She is passionate about inspiring the hearts and imaginations of children as much as caring for them. She has qualifications in Childrens Services Certificate III, Child Safe Environments, Circle of Security & First Aid.
